The studio

We grew up on the games you played at 2am

Flash portals and arcade cabinets, the ones you fired up for one more round. That instinct is missing from most of today’s casino floor. KANI brings it back, rebuilt with modern math and genuinely new mechanics.

Why we build what we build

We start with the feeling

A 97% RTP on a boring game retains nobody. Every title starts from one question: why would a player choose this over anything else? If we cannot answer it, it does not ship. The math gets calibrated after.

Crash and arcade, on purpose

It is the fastest-growing segment in iGaming and it is still dominated by a handful of names. We are not trying to be a slots studio, and we are not reskinning what already exists.

Small enough to be fast

Between us we cover product, marketing and sales, plus a network of operator and aggregator contacts. Being small is the point: you talk to the founders, not a queue.

Aligned by the contract

Revenue share on GGR with no upfront cost to the operator. We earn when your players play, which keeps our incentives and yours pointed the same way.

You talk to the founders

N

Nika Zaridze

Co-founder, Product & Operations

Runs the machine. Strategy, operations, go-to-market, and making sure shipped means shipped.

L

Luka Javakhishvili

Co-founder, Partnerships

Owns the commercial side. Partnerships, sales, and the first conversation you will have with KANI.

What you get on day one

Not a roadmap. This is what exists today.

Original mechanics

Every title has its own mechanic rather than being a reskin of something already in your lobby.

Industry contacts

An existing network of operators and aggregators to talk to, so distribution is not starting from zero.

Marketing and retention focus

We design games with retention in mind, not just math. The question is always whether a player comes back tomorrow.

Fast iteration

Ship fast, respond to feedback, improve continuously. Operators get working demos, not slide decks.

What we don’t compromise on

01

Fun before math

A 97% RTP on a boring game retains nobody. We start with the feeling, then calibrate the math around it.

02

Honest mechanics

Provably fair is a contract with the player, not a marketing line. Every title ships with verifiable RNG.

03

Speed to market

We prototype, test, ship, iterate. That cycle is the whole advantage of being a small independent studio.

Want to talk partnerships?

If you run a casino or an aggregator, we would like a conversation.
